About The Role

We are seeking experienced bilingual mental health professionals to contribute their expertise to a project focused on improving the quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will use your professional knowledge in psychology or psychiatry to evaluate AI-generated content, develop high-quality psychological datasets, and provide expert feedback across clinical, research, and therapeutic contexts.

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional expertise and domain knowledge are the primary qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and ethical standards.Develop and review datasets involving psychological case studies, assessments, clinical scenarios, and professional conversations.Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to improve AI-generated responses.Evaluate AI outputs across clinical scenarios, research vignettes, therapeutic dialogues, and related mental health contexts.Identify potential psychological, cultural, linguistic, or ethical biases and recommend evidence-based improvements.Apply established psychological concepts, frameworks, and assessment principles to AI training and evaluation tasks.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate psychology and psychiatry expertise into technology-driven projects.Ensure content reflects appropriate cultural, linguistic, ethical, and professional standards across diverse populations.Contribute to documentation, evaluation guidelines, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Required Qualifications

Completed Ph.D. in Psychology or MD with completed Psychiatry residency.Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages:FrenchMalayRussianMandarinJapaneseUrduSwahiliBulgarianTagalogPolishMarathiLithuanianGeorgianBengaliVietnameseIndonesianAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong ability to communicate complex psychological or psychiatric concepts clearly.Professional experience in clinical practice, psychological research, psychiatry, or higher education.Strong analytical and evaluative skills for reviewing psychological data, case studies, and narrative content.Understanding of cultural sensitivity, ethical standards, and responsible practices in global mental health.Excellent written documentation and communication skills. Experience working on interdisciplinary, research, technology, or data-driven projects.Experience developing or reviewing psychological assessments, case studies, or clinical documentation.Familiarity with evaluating complex written or conversational content.Experience working with diverse cultural and linguistic populations.
