About The Role
The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and other third-party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies.
We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to manage outsourcing oversight in India. You’ll be the key point of contact for our primary service provider and local vendors, ensuring contracts, SLAs, and governance meet Indian regulatory requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to build the outsourcing framework from the ground up in one of our fastest-growing regions.

What You'll Be Doing
Owning and implementing the local third-party risk management policy and operating modelManaging outsourcing relationships, ensuring compliance with RBI outsourcing guidelines and regulatory requirements in IndiaOverseeing due diligence, risk assessments, and vendor monitoring for both intra-group and external providersMonitoring SLAs, downtime, subcontracting, patch management, and remediation plans to ensure service quality and operational resilienceCollaborating with Compliance, Risk, and Operations to prepare audit-ready documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations on outsourcing, capital adequacy, and operational resilienceProviding guidance to staff on third-party risk management procedures and their ongoing accountabilityPreparing regular reports for senior management on outsourcing risks, compliance, and performance metricsLaying the foundation for a vendor management team in India as the business continues to scale
What You'll Need
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing oversight, or third-party risk management within financial services or fintechSolid knowledge of RBI outsourcing regulations and how they apply to financial institutionsExperience developing service monitoring frameworks, due diligence processes, and risk assessments for outsourced arrangementsExcellent stakeholder management skills across local and global teamsFluency in English

A risk management qualificationExecutive and board-level interaction experienceSolid connections across industry stakeholder groupsExperience in a Big 4 consulting or vendor risk advisory roleA solid understanding of the fintech and/or banking landscape in India
