About The Role
The Outsourcing team is responsible for managing and overseeing outsourcing risks and other third-party arrangements, including regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies.
We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to assist our Wealth & Trading team in managing ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships. You’ll be collaborating with Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to ensure proper documentation and regulatory reporting deliverables related to third-party management.

What You'll Be Doing
Identifying activities for outsourcing and finding the correct partnersManaging the complete vendor lifecycle, including due diligence, onboarding, agreements, renewals, off-boarding, and exit plansManaging third-party risk activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing vendor monitoringImplementing policies and operating models for third-party and supply chain risk managementDefining, monitoring, and ensuring that required outsourcing SLAs are met and enforcedLiaising with internal stakeholders on outsourcing matters within group entitiesOverseeing internal governance processes for outsourcing approvals and vendor lifecycle changesProviding clear guidance for staff on third-party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and their ongoing accountabilityEnsuring regulatory compliancePreparing regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing activities, the risks, compliance, and performance metrics
What You'll Need
3+ years of experience in an outsourcing or third-party risk management roleA bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or economicsAn excellent understanding of outsourcing and business resilience regulations in retail financial servicesA proven ability to develop service management frameworks and conduct ongoing outsourcing risk assessmentsFluency in English

A risk management qualificationExperience with investments or trading activities, such as working with external brokers or custodiansExecutive and board-level interaction experienceEstablished relationships with key industry stakeholdersA background in financial services
