We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee high-impact controls across the trade lifecycle and regulatory obligations as we scale across products and entities. You’ll work on brokerage and trading initiatives throughout the business, partnering with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to improve quality, resilience, and automation.

What You'll Be Doing
Owning critical BAU controls for trading operations domains (best execution, settlements, securities lending, regulatory reporting, tax ops)Investigating and resolving exceptions (mismatches, missing flows, reporting breaks, settlement fails, collateral issues), driving root-cause analysis and coordinating fixesRunning reconciliations and monitoring relevant routines (reporting checks, settlement status tracking, lending/collateral/fee checks, execution-quality outliers)Partnering with external counterparties where applicable (custodians, brokers/LPs, lending agents, vendors) to resolve issues and improve operational outcomesTracking KPIs and quality metrics (e.g., break volumes, aged exceptions, settlement rates and fail costs, reporting timeliness/accuracy, execution-quality metrics), and proposing improvementsSupporting new launches and changes to products, vendors, etc., implementing new regulatory requirements and helping to build scalable operating playbooksDriving automation by identifying repetitive/manual work, writing clear requirements, and collaborating with Product/Engineering to automate workflows
What You'll Need
3+ years of experience in markets, securities operations, brokerage ops, post-trade, regulatory ops, or tax ops within a bank, broker-dealer, market infrastructure provider, or fintechA solid understanding of operational controls, exception management, and working to SLAs in a high-volume environmentExcellent analytical skillsExperience working with data tools to interpret findings and spot anomalies quicklyImpeccable attention to detailGreat stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and EngineeringAn ownership mindset to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver end-to-end solutions
