Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective customers through calls and digital communication to understand their real estate requirements.
Explain relevant property offerings, services, pricing, and next steps in a clear and persuasive manner.
Follow up consistently with leads, maintain accurate interactions in the CRM, and move qualified prospects through the sales funnel.
Build trust with customers, address objections, coordinate with internal teams, and work toward individual and team conversion targets.
Share regular updates on lead status, customer feedback, and sales performance with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Prior exposure to inside sales, telesales, real estate, customer acquisition, or lead conversion will be useful.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills are expected.
The ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment while meeting targets and maintaining disciplined daily activity is essential.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling tools are preferred.
