This role focuses on internal application development for tools, frameworks, and services used to build and distribute products. You will be a primary contributor to our React/Next.js frontend and Go backend, working across both greenfield applications and existing codebases. A key focus of this role is agentic engineering — designing and building AI-driven, autonomous systems and workflows that enhance internal developer productivity and platform capabilities. You'll collaborate with a distributed global team to deliver high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on React/Next.js frontends and Go backendsArchitect and implement agentic systems — including AI agent workflows, autonomous task execution pipelines, and LLM-integrated tooling — to enhance internal platform capabilitiesDevelop intuitive, performant, and accessible UI components and user experiences that serve internal engineering teamsBuild and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs in Go to support frontend and service integrationsCollaborate with product and platform teams to translate requirements into scalable, well-tested softwareContribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation using Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCDWrite clean, well-tested, and thoroughly reviewed code in a test-driven development (TDD) environmentParticipate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremoniesProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

5+ years of experience in a large-scale production environmentStrong proficiency in Go as a primary backend languageStrong proficiency in React and Next.js for building modern, production-grade frontend applicationsExperience designing or working with agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or LLM-integrated applicationsSolid understanding of software build and CI/CD processesStrong database skills, primarily PostgreSQLExperience with cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, and/or AzureFamiliarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployment environmentsAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of a distributed, global organizationBS Degree or equivalent experience
