About The Role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We're looking for an FX Credit Analyst who can autonomously underwrite loans, improve an auto-decisioning tool, and monitor an active lending book of business.
You'll play a key role in growing a predictable and profitable business credit portfolio, while working across teams to enhance and expand the features we offer.

What You’ll Be Doing
Underwriting SME financing applications for FX products and trading facilities through the analysis of accounts, open banking transactions, business models, and other databasesRationalising the risk/reward balance for each applicationDecisioning FX trading limits and facilities based on signing authority, or presenting deals to the credit committee for review and approvalAssisting with improving risk underwriting policies for FX exposures, and contributing to key risk indicators (KRIs) for business credit applications and counterparty exposure monitoringEnsuring KPIs on credit underwriting are met, including individual service level agreements, approval rates, and decline rates, as well as limit utilisation metricsIdentifying operational inefficiencies and managing the implementation of big and small-scale changes within the department across onboarding, limit management, and margining processesOptimising risk mitigation while reducing client friction, ensuring a positive experience for business customersEnsuring continuous monitoring and validation of credit decision outcomes and FX exposure outcomes, including mark-to-market movements and MIS availabilityLeading the initiative for preventive and reactive actions towards any micro and macro factors impacting portfolio credit performance and profitabilityEnsuring approval and good rating of first-line credit risk function for FX risk activities from second line, third line, and regulators
What You'll Need
Expertise in credit risk analysis for FX or treasury productsA bachelor's degree from a top university in an quantitative field, such as engineering, statistics, physics, maths, economics, or managementA solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks, and the ability to work through the 2nd/3rd line of defence in a competent mannerFamiliarity with fraud risk management controls and how these apply to business credit underwriting decisions, FX onboarding, and trading limit approvalsExperience improving or launching new credit products, FX risk features, or trading productsA track record of delivering exceptional results that exceed requirementsExperience documenting each application's merits and associated exposure risks in a clear and concise mannerA deep-thinking mindset capable of processing a lot of information to make the best decisions
Nice to have
Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, and/or other data analysis toolsAn interest in learning new technology to help the business scaleA master's degree
