Role OverviewWe are seeking a Creative Lead Writer to adapt long-form fiction into serialized audio-first scripts tailored to the US audience. This role blends creative storytelling with sharp editorial instincts. You’ll be responsible for transforming International source material into culturally resonant stories that reflect US sensibilities, while preserving the core narrative essence.

What You'll Be Leading:Launch and ensure retention for a strong portfolio of shows, ensuring maximum resonance with the US audienceLead the team in transforming long-form fiction into high-impact, serialized scripts. Guarantee seamless cultural localization while amplifying core tropesMaintain a high-volume editorial pipeline (40–60+ chapters/week). Ensure narrative consistency, strong emotional stakes, authentic genre dialogue, and perfect pacingMentor and manage a team of Writers , providing targeted feedback to elevate genre-specific writing qualityManaging multiple projects with a strategic, forward-thinking approach while maintaining deep involvement in each

What We're Looking For:Experience: 6+ years in fiction/editorial, with 2+ years specifically in a team lead role.Superior editorial instincts; you should know what makes a story work in a long format, and plan, execute this seamlesslyStrong preference for experience adapting long-form narrative(Web novels, Self-published books, Comics) into serialized dramaWorking with tech enabled tools should excite you!
