Position: Condensed Matter Physicist (PhD)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 8 to 10 week

Commitment: 10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate research-level physics problems in your subfield to enhance AI model reasoning.Develop and solve complex physics challenges, ensuring solutions are verifiable by specialists.Review and audit completed work for accuracy and completeness.Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet project deadlines.Utilize LaTeX, Python, SymPy, and Jupyter for problem-solving and documentation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

PhD in condensed matter physics or a closely related field.Published work on specific phenomena listed, not adjacent ones.Verifiable publication record with arXiv IDs or DOIs.Working proficiency with LaTeX, Python, SymPy, and Jupyter.English at B2 or above.
