About The Role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Junior Company Secretary in India to support our global corporate governance and compliance. You'll be managing statutory filings and coordinating corporate records across international jurisdictions, including the UK.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing support on taking minutes of meetings, circulating them to relevant attendees, and ensuring they are signedPreparing and submitting various statutory and regulatory filingsLiaising with notaries, legal counsel, and local directors to arrange signing of legal paperworkSupporting the maintenance of corporate books and recordsAssisting with the onboarding process for new directorsRequesting and updating KYC information and declarations of interest for board members and executivesProducing process guides and informational pages to facilitate knowledge transfer amongst stakeholdersMaintaining and updating accurate corporate data stored in key governance systems
What You'll Need
2+ years of experience in company secretarial practice or corporate governanceExperience in minute-taking for corporate meetings and committeesExperience in international corporate environments, covering locations like the UK and EuropeThe ability to manage multiple corporate filings and compliance tasks accuratelyA professional membership with the UK Chartered Governance Institute or admission as a qualified lawyerFluency in English
Nice to have
A qualified or chartered company secretary designationExperience working in a financial services contextA law degreeExperience studying abroad for at least one year or semesterExperience in corporate governance programmes
