About The Role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and it's a very important part of the business. This bunch supports all other Revolut teams, helping us achieve our goals each and every day. From structuring credit programmes to launching into new territories, the Legal team does it all.
We're looking for a Senior Company Secretary to lead and oversee our global corporate governance framework. You'll be advising the board on complex regulatory matters, managing entity lifecycles across international jurisdictions, and driving compliance strategies.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the coordination with legal and tax advisors to incorporate new subsidiaries and manage entity lifecyclesAdvising stakeholders on the application of corporate governance codes, frameworks, and disclosure obligationsOverseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of committee memberships and updating the global group structure chartCoordinating, scheduling, and delivering board and committee meetings while guiding agenda constructionDrafting complex board and shareholder resolutions aligned with local laws and governance standardsSupporting the implementation and continuous review of the corporate governance framework across entitiesMonitoring regulatory developments to provide strategic governance updates and horizon scanning to senior leadershipManaging governance technology tools and centralised archiving for external auditors and regulators
What You'll Need
4+ years of experience in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, or a related legal fieldKnowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code and relevant governance standards (e.g., Prudential Regulation Authority or Financial Conduct Authority)Expertise in guiding executives and board members on complex corporate governance codes and frameworksExperience managing corporate lifecycles, statutory compliance, and ESG reporting for international entitiesA proven track record of project management in fast-paced, highly regulated environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with international teamsFluency in English
Nice to have
A professional membership with the UK Chartered Governance Institute or admission as a qualified lawyerExperience working within a systemically important financial institutionA post-graduate degree in law, finance, or corporate governanceExperience implementing and managing governance technology platforms, like Diligent
