Role Description The Business Development Associate – GCC will focus on expanding Bhanzu’s presence across Gulf Cooperation Council markets through identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving enrollments. In this full-time remote role, the associate will conduct market research, analyze regional trends, and develop outreach strategies tailored to schools, institutions, partners, and parents in the GCC region. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, managing end-to-end sales conversations, delivering impactful presentations and product demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine campaigns, optimize funnels, and ensure a high-quality experience for prospective learners. The associate will track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and proactively suggest improvements to accelerate growth in GCC markets.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication suitable for diverse GCC audiences.Candidates should possess effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering engaging presentations or demos.Candidates should possess lead generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and nurturing potential partners or customers.Candidates should possess market research skills, with the ability to analyze GCC education and EdTech trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, ideally within EdTech or education services, is beneficial.Familiarity with GCC culture and markets, and comfort working across time zones, is an advantage.Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis to track performance and optimize outreach.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
