About The Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to provide technical support on the implementation and extension of our Axiom platform to meet global regulatory obligations and business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the Axiom platform end-to-end, including workflow execution, file configurations, debugging, setting reporting calendars, and resolving solution/data/platform issuesLeading or supporting Axiom implementations for new entities and regulatory reports, ensuring scalable and compliant solutionsAdministering Axiom workflows and templates, including mapping object changes, maintaining workflows, and building custom reportsMaintaining platform security by managing user groups and assigning permissions based on entity and geographyCoordinating with internal and external technology teams to resolve user issues and deliver timely platform fixesSupporting software upgrades and platform enhancements to improve performance and reliabilityTranslating business goals into structured business requirements and functional specificationsDeveloping and maintaining documentation and playbooks to support repeatable, scalable deliveryAssisting global regulatory teams with EBA reporting (e.g., CoRep, FinRep), collaborating across Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment and deliveryPerforming gap analyses, identifying root causes, and escalating risks where appropriate

What You'll Need

Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and report validationKnowledge of financial products, including a detailed understanding of trade/transaction lifecycles and regulatory requirementsExperience maintaining cloud-based Axiom installations, including managing platform/solution upgrade cycles and workflow orchestrationExperience designing and building custom (freeform) reports in Axiom, workflows for calculation, and aggregation of input dataExpertise in documenting business requirements and writing functional specificationsFamiliarity with regulatory reporting, particularly EBA reporting frameworks like COREP and FINREPA track record of performing UAT, preparing detailed test cases, and working with developers and business users to ensure a smooth implementationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zonesThe ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
