Role SummaryWe're hiring Academic Counsellors to connect with warm leads, guide them through their decision-making journey, and drive conversions through consultative selling. Great opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make 100–120 warm calls/day (not cold calls)Handle 5 in-depth prospect calls daily (20–25 mins each)Qualify leads from provided data and digital sourcesConduct virtual meetings with decision-makersFollow up via calls, email, and WhatsApp to drive conversionsMaintain accurate records and updates in the CRMCoordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experienceWork toward monthly sales targetsRequirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSales-driven mindset; freshers welcomeComfortable with high call volumes and target-based workBasic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided)Incentives: Uncapped, performance-basedMonthly Target: ₹6–20 LakhsSalary Cycle: 26th–25th | Pay out: 3rd/4th of following month
