Establish and maintain a central library of approved transition artefacts, ensuring all teams have access to up-to-date templates, frameworks, and reference materials
Identify and close methodology gaps based on learnings from live transitions, continuously refining tools and standards to reflect best practice
Continuous Improvement & Lessons Learned
• Capture and synthesise lessons learned from completed transitions, translating insights into updates to methodology, toolkits, and guidance for future waves
• Drive continuous improvement across the transition program by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and embedding learnings systematically

Experience working in or supporting a PMO function with responsibility for central reporting, governance frameworks, and cross-program tracking
