Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Work from Office)
Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries through voice support, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply.
Age: 18–35 years.
Candidates pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
Educational certificates are mandatory.
Job Details
Rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
5 working days per week.
2 rotational week-offs (weekends are not fixed).
Work-from-office role.

Salary:
19,000 – 27,000 Take-Home Salary (after statutory deductions)
