Fixed-Term Hiring International Chat Process

We are hiring for an International Chat Process on a 3-4 month fixed-term contract. The role involves assisting international customers through chat, understanding their concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing appropriate resolutions.

Contract Duration:3-4 months

Job Requirements

Provide customer support and resolve queries through chat and electronic communication.

Good written communication skills.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.

Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including midnight shifts.

5 days working with 2 rotational week offs; no fixed Saturday/Sunday off.

Eligibility

Qualification:PUC / Intermediate / 10+3 Diploma / Graduation

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Regular college students/pursuing regular studies are not eligible.

Educational certificates are mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

Take-home Salary:15,000/month after deductions

Retention Bonus:5,000/month, payable after successful completion/closure of the contract

Monthly payslips will be provided.

Experience letter will be provided after contract completion.

Free 2-way transportation:Home Pickup & Drop

STW Allowance:3,300 for eligible male employees

Date of Joining and Last Working Datewill be mentioned in the offer letter.

WFH / WFO

Multiple requirements available:WFO and Hybrid (WFH + WFO).

Work mode depends on the business requirement.

For WFH, the required equipment will be provided, and candidates should have a suitable space at home to work without disturbance.
