Role Summary
The Finance Risk Infrastructure Business Solutions Team (FRIBS) is responsible for providing business and technology solutions for our Finance and Risk business partners. This role is responsible to drive end-to-end program/project management activities for a portfolio of projects aligning to a business area. Primary objectives of this role are to plan the project activities and drive through delivery and post-deploy support in order to achieve the target business outcomes while helping ensure project costs, timeliness and resourcing are aligned. This is inclusive of operational readiness activities, coordination across to our IT and vendor partners and close analysis work with our line of business subject matter experts.
Major Responsibilities
Program/Project Management - including the pre-execution phase of planning with our business, technology and vendor partners.
Issue Identification and Resolution - proactive and prompt identification, resolution and where necessary, escalation of critical issues impacting the program/project.
Over time grow to know the business of Finance as well as our business partners and the leverage a learned knowledge of our systems and data repositories to help use such knowledge to drive solutions and outcomes.
Financial Management - ownership for the planning/definition of the financials required to deliver program/project work. This ownership includes forecast management and working with the business to ensure project spend is optimized.
Establish Program/Project Management Office capabilities that help influence visibility and transparency of project outcomes, risks, issues and challenges.
Strong ability to solution business outcomes across the Finance spaces specifically Global Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis and Controllers business areas
Communications with Senior Leaders - candidate must be able to communicate to senior level leaders
Influence Management - candidate must be able to collaborate with key stakeholders to influence decisions in a timely manner.
Drive to deliver high quality results on-time, on-benefit
Additionally, the candidate may be asked to:
Lead internal FRIBS work to strengthen our project management, business analysis and risk management capabilities for the this business area.
Maintain strong understanding of our full financial process and the flow of work through this process looking to streamline and optimize processes and organizations where needed.
Work with a bias for action to help pull swift decisions and delivery with urgency

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in the Finance or CFO business unit of a global corporation
Minimum of 12 years of experience in change management with solution delivery mindset
Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and drive results for senior business leaders
Ability to frame and dimension new initiatives into manageable programs and structure project teams accordingly.
Ability to manage in challenging global and multiple priorities driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Preference for experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, risk, treasury
Strong sensitivity and work experience dealing with global audiences
Ability to drive consensus across multiple subject matter experts
Able to juggle multiple priorities
