Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive in-sales targets, upselling, and eye-test conversions. Track and maximize metrics like ATV, overall conversion rates, and Reach on Time.- Customer Experience: Own the end-to-end customer journey, resolve queries with empathy, and boost NPS scores.
