Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Description

In this role, you will be part of the Global Business Operations team, with a particular focus on Retail Contact Center performance and decision support.

This position will have a direct role in shaping the reporting infrastructure and roadmap of the Retail Customer Care organization. The role requires advanced Tableau skill sets to develop and own reporting for contact center performance metrics and analytics.

Work as Individual contributor with comprehensive understanding of data visualisation best practices. Have full ownership of developing, enhancing and maintaining Tableau Dashboards, extracts and their schedules along with strong understanding of SQL, database concepts and Tableau Prep for data preparation.

Create interactive and user friendly dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server to provide meaningful insights and telling story that guides decision making

Verify data accuracy and consistency by working closely with data engineers and analysts

Diagnose and resolve any problems related to performance or data issues in datasources, dashboards, or reports

Develop reporting access strategy and implement and maintain user access accordingly to plan

As a subject matter expert on Tableau, learn new features and techniques and help expand the knowledge of fellow team members in the organization

Working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate their business requirements into Tableau dashboards' functional specifications

Engage in impactful work and demonstrate storytelling to effectively communicate the work to leadership

Occasional meetings with peers and cross-functional teams in Americas, EMEIA and APAC during overlapping business hours

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in operations, analytics, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience3+ years of proven experience in developing and working on Tableau driven dashboards, analyticsAdvanced proficiency with Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop and ServerExcellent knowledge of database concepts and extensive hands-on experience working with SQLEffective presentation and communication skills, including ability to explain complex data and charts in a concise manner to large cross-functional audiencesProven problem-solving and cross-functional project work experience

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in operations, analytics, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent experienceBachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, finance, statistics, economics or other quantitative area, Master Degree a plusStrong knowledge of Python preferredStrong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to balance multiple projects and meet timelinesAbility to stay positive in high stress situations and multitask in a dynamic environmentExperience developing relationships with senior collaborators
