Mission

Enable profitable growth of the Busway business by providing technical and commercial expertise, guiding solution selection, and supporting country teams in delivering competitive, compliant, and customized solutions

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between Front Office teams and cross-functional stakeholders for technical, commercial, and custom solution requirements.Provide technical and commercial expertise to country teams, guiding solution selection and influencing technical choices to optimize offer competitiveness, compliance, and profitability.Drive feasibility assessment and resolution of complex application, technical, commercial, and customization requirements through close collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.Maintain and promote reuse of custom solutions, technical learnings, and best practices across regions and projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.5+ years of experience in Busway systems, application engineering, technical support, offer management, or related functions.Experience working in cross-functional environments to develop and support customer-specific solutions.

Key Competencies

Strong multi-disciplinary engineering background with in-depth understanding of Busway systems, applications, and market requirements.Strong understanding of Schneider Electric and competitor offerings, with the ability to recommend the most suitable solution for a given application.Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer requirements, competitiveness, and profitability.Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across country teams and cross-functional stakeholders.Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
