About the Role:We are looking for a Manager – Supply Chain Finance to manage the financial performance of our manufacturing plant and partner closely with Plant Operations, Production, Supply Chain and Corporate Finance teams.What you’ll be responsible for:Manage plant/factory finance and overall financial performance.Drive AOP, budgeting, accruals and variance analysis.Manage and monitor CAPEX & OPEX for the plant.Review CAPEX invoices, approvals and ensure timely capitalization.Track manufacturing overheads, conversion costs, yield and efficiency KPIs.Conduct monthly plant P&L reviews and provide actionable insights.Perform Plan vs. Actual analysis across material, labour and overhead costs.Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain costs from AOP to actuals.Prepare Supply Chain MIS, cost-centre reports and management reports.Partner with business and operations teams to drive cost efficiency and financial control.Manage multiple stakeholders across Plant, Supply Chain, Production and Corporate Finance.What we’re looking for:4–6 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years preferred.Strong experience in Plant Finance / Factory Finance / Supply Chain Finance.Prior experience in a manufacturing/factory setup is essential.Strong understanding of cost accounting and production finance.Good knowledge of AOP, CAPEX, OPEX and P&L management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Qualification: MBA / CA / CMA preferred
