Department Overview McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Payroll Tax Representative, to support payroll tax operations and compliance activities. This role is responsible for assisting with payroll tax administration, tax filings, tax account maintenance, agency correspondence, reconciliation activities, and employee tax-related inquiries.The Payroll Tax Representative serves as a critical liaison between payroll operations, tax authorities, employees, payroll vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and, where applicable, international payroll tax requirements. Duties •    Ensure that employment taxes are handled appropriately (including research, data entry, edit review and correction, etc.)

•    Timely response to emails as appropriate (address any escalations)

•    Provide support to call center and payroll teams for escalated payroll tax inquiries

•    Assist and collaborate with other McD teams on payroll tax inquiries/issues

•    Maintain a continuous improvement mindset

•    Work with Payroll Tax Vendor whenever necessary. Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.

•    4 - 7 years relevant minimum experience required

•    US Payroll Tax, Accounting/Finance, experience with complex transactions
