About the Role

As part of our upcoming Telugu market launch, we are looking for an experienced Telugu Market Mentor who can deliver high-quality financial education content and become a strong on-camera presence for the Telugu audience.

The role requires strong practical knowledge of financial markets, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for learners. The mentor will also contribute to course development, social media education content, and the overall growth of the Telugu learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver engaging and high-quality live and recorded financial market sessions in Telugu. ● Explain complex financial concepts in a simple, structured and learner-friendly manner. ● Create educational content for YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms. ● Be comfortable presenting and explaining financial topics on camera. ● Contribute to course syllabus, learning modules and session plans based on learner needs and market requirements. ● Cover key financial market segments including Equity, Derivatives, Options, Mutual Funds and other relevant areas. ● Bring practical market knowledge, real-world examples and current market developments into the learning experience. ● Work closely with the content and business teams to develop engaging educational content for the Telugu audience. ● Participate in webinars, workshops and other learner engagement initiatives. ● Stay updated with market developments, trends and relevant regulatory changes. ● Maintain high standards of content quality, accuracy and learner experience.

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets. ● Strong practical knowledge across multiple market segments, particularly Equity, Derivatives and Options. ● Excellent Telugu communication skills. ● Strong presentation and communication skills — the ability to present confidently on camera is a must. ● Ability to simplify complex financial topics and explain them in an engaging manner. ● Ability to structure financial concepts into a clear and effective learning journey. ● Comfortable creating and presenting educational content for YouTube and social media. ● Prior experience running a social media channel, YouTube channel, or appearing in educational videos will be a strong advantage. ● NISM certification will be an added advantage. ● Prior experience in financial education, training, content creation or mentoring will be an added advantage. ● High ownership, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong on-camera presence, excellent Telugu communication skills and the ability to build engaging financial education content for the Telugu market. This person will play an important role in establishing the Telugu market's educational presence across courses, YouTube, social media and learner communities.

Location: Hyderabad Model: Hybrid, with majority of the work being remote.
