Job Description

We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our AI-powered tools for application development. You'll work at the intersection of UI, backend, and AI-driven engineering — architecting solutions that improve developer experience, expand platform capabilities, and drive engineering excellence across the team.

What You'll Do

Design and implement AI-powered tools for application development, using cutting-edge technical approaches to deliver business valueArchitect and build core web technology stacks — authentication, event tracking, application platform, and design systemsDrive architecture and engineering standards at the team and division level, promoting best practices for building modular, scalable web apps and APIsDesign, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications on Kubernetes, improving scalability, reliability, and deployment speedWork closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to enhance developer experience, close technology gaps with creative solutions, and increase customer adoptionExpand the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets while maintaining high engineering qualityIntegrate AI into engineering workflows and decision-making — using AI-powered tools, automating processes, and applying AI-driven insights to improve how the team builds and ships softwareOperate at a startup pace with a high degree of total ownership, even within a larger organization

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, high-quality applicationsExpertise in Java, JavaScript and modern UI frameworks — React, Angular, or Lit (required)Hands-on proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day development work is a mustStrong command of UI design principles, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standardsExperience with REST, JSON, AJAX, and relational databasesExperience with event-driven and stateless architectures, functional programming, and abstract data types (ADTs)Demonstrated experience driving architecture and engineering standards at a team or division levelStrong critical thinking and a track record of integrating AI into engineering processes, workflows, or decision-makingExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills and strong product senseBS or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceA constant thirst for learning and willingness to work outside your comfort zoneBackend development experience with Java is an added advantageServiceNow platform certification and/or development experience is a strong added advantage
