Staff Software Engineer, AI Garage, AI/ML

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience collaborating in a globally distributed product and engineering team.Experience implementing and customizing structural execution patterns like ReAct (Reason + Act), Tree of Thoughts (ToT), and Plan-and-Solve loops, giving models the cognitive scaffolding to break down vague goals into deterministic DAGs (Directed Acyclic Graphs).Excellent communication skills across engineering, product and business domains.

Responsibilities

Engineering technical lead for the AI Garage team which responsible for developing AI/ML systems and Agentic solutions in HR domain.Drive engineering excellence for the AI Garage team.Provide technical leadership in regards to immediate and complex technical problems to leads of associated teams.Influence, design, and build scalable Agentic systems in HR domain. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Agentic and AI/ML engineering.Collaborate with AI Garage Leads (e.g., Eng Managers, Product Managers and AI strategists) and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
