Your Impact
As a Senior Software Developer, you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other programming activities. These would cut across various systems and devices. You will be actively participating and contributing to analysis, design, planning, processes, etc., Raise issues where needed and create sensitivity towards timely resolution of problems. You will be working with agile development methodologies and test-driven development. Your strong technical and analytical skills will be critical in resolving complex defects and customer challenges.

What The Role Offers Major emphasis on writing excellent code following industry best practicesResponsible for timely delivery as agreed within the project without compromising on product qualityTakes ownership of code quality. Actively and effectively reviews source code, takes defect prevention steps in software developed. Ownership and technical leadership end-to-end; design, development, validation and test automation, deployment, and support in production.Work closely with Quality Engineering to review test plans and test casesProvide technical guidance for major software initiatives, including technology standardization and modernization.Team technical leadership: distribute tasks, track progress, technical risk assessment, problem solving, early risk notification, report progress and status to manager.Perform all assigned jobs with minimal assistance from the supervisorRespond promptly and professionally to bug reports and customer escalations
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 6–8 years of enterprise product development experience.Strong OOP, design patterns, data structures, distributed systems, multithreading, debugging, and performance optimization skills.Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise web applications and microservices using Java and J2EEExpert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3 and Angular.Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab.Knowledge of Oscript and Content Server is a plusHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, load balancers, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
