Job Purpose/ Summary

IT_Product4.0_SSC Product Manager: Leads product strategy, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver technology-driven products and ensure successful market launches.

Job Description

As a Product Manager for IT_Product4.0_SSC, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio, ensuring the integration of new and innovative technologies. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the engineering, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure the successful launch and market positioning of our products.

Responsibility

Define and manage product roadmaps to achieve business goals and strategic objectivesbr Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Marketing Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful product launchesbr Utilize Google Data Analytics IoT Machine Learning and other relevant technologies to drive product development and enhancementsbr Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch including market research competitive analysis product development and postlaunch analysisbr Leverage your understanding of SaaS and Manufacturing Technology to create products that meet the needs of our customersbr Use your strong business and commercial acumen to make informed decisions about product development and positioningbr Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the teambr Apply your global mindset to understand the needs of customers in different markets and adapt our products accordinglybr Lead and inspire a team of product professionals fostering a culture of people excellencebr Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of new processes and strategiesbr Use your critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and make decisions that will drive the success of our productsbr Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of new technologies into our productsbr The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology integration and product lifecycle management as well as a proven track record in market research and analysis
