About The Role

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will help digitally transform Amgen's Requisition to Order (R2O) capabilities by being part of the R2O product team. As a Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst within our global Technology team, this role will help evolve the Procure to pay (P2P) capabilities and support transition from our worldwide ERP instance on SAP ECC to the S/4HANA Intelligent Enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business and product goalsUnderstand customer needs to shape business processes and product requirementsWork with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developmentsCollaborate with Business SMEs and Product Management to prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlogEnsure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release BacklogsFacilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product teamClearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlogEnsure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined and understoodStay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to stakeholdersDevelop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 9 years of information systems experience

Must-Have Skills

Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRAHands on experience in procurement tools like SAP MM and/or SAP AribaExperience with Agile software development methodologies and ability to drive projects using Agile methodologyProvide support to SAP users, including troubleshooting issues and providing training

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and driving the successful delivery of technical projectsExperience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmapsAble to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business termsExperience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology. Experience with Jira Align is a plus

Professional Certifications

SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
