Join our Data & Reporting Analytics team and help shape the future of AI-enabled analytics. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who can independently gather business requirements, build scalable analytics solutions, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate delivery.

In this role, you will partner directly with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into dashboards, data applications, and actionable insights. You will design, develop, test, and deploy reporting solutions using Snowflake, Streamlit, Cortex AI, and modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code. You will also play a key role in defining team standards, best practices, and AI-powered workflows as we transition to a Snowflake-based analytics ecosystem

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business analysis and BI/reporting developmentExperience working in software engineering environments with DevOps and Agile practicesKnowledge of AI-assisted development and analytics workflowsStrong SQL, reporting, testing, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Power BI, CRM Analytics, ServiceNow Reporting, or AlteryxPython automation and AI-agent workflowsExperience supporting Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, or Customer Success functions
