As an Apprentice C++ Developer, you will gain hands-on experience in software development, testing, and networking fundamentals. This role is designed for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects under mentorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain code in C++ for assigned modules.Perform basic testing (unit and integration) to ensure code quality.Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature implementation and defect resolution.Document code, test cases, and processes clearly.Learn and apply networking concepts in practical scenarios.Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of C++ programming and object-oriented concepts.Basic knowledge of software testing techniques (unit testing, test case writing).Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI model).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take responsibility.Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Linux/Unix environments.Understanding of Layer 7 protocols and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark).Familiarity with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) and data formats (XML, JSON, YAML).Interest in cloud platforms and virtual environments.
