The Role
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with enterprise standardsLead development across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applicationsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectureDrive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiativesProvide advanced scripting expertise (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, etc.)Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIsEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance standardsSupport incident resolution and production stability across the platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutionsMentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and standards
