Position Summary:The Senior SAP Security Analyst is responsible for the design, governance, delivery and ongoing support of SAP security across Visy's SAP landscape.The role ensures users have appropriate access to systems, data and business processes while maintaining compliance with security, audit and segregation of duties (SoD) requirements. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology partners, the position designs and implements secure, scalable and sustainable access solutions across SAP platforms.This role provides specialist SAP security expertise, supports operational and project initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and helps protect critical business systems from security and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:Provide enterprise-wide SAP security leadership across Visy's SAP platforms, ensuring security controls, access governance and compliance requirements are effectively managed.Design and deliver SAP security solutions that support business objectives while protecting critical systems, applications and data.Manage SAP access governance, including role design, user provisioning, Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk management and audit compliance.Lead the resolution of complex SAP security issues and provide specialist advice to business, project and technology stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in SAP security practices, processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk and support future business needs.

Key Challenges:Exercising sound judgement to balance business, operational and security requirements across enterprise SAP platforms.Managing security and compliance risks while enabling business change, project delivery and operational continuity.Influencing stakeholders to adopt sustainable security controls and governance practices in a complex and evolving environment.

Key Requirements:Experience and Qualifications.

Mandatory (Critical for the Role):10+ years of experience and relevant tertiary qualification.Recognized subject matter expertise in SAP Security with significant experience across complex enterprise SAP environments.Demonstrated capability to lead security design decisions, access governance frameworks and risk management activities across multiple SAP platforms.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide trusted advice on security, compliance and access-related risks.Strong commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to assess impacts, evaluate options and recommend practical solutions to complex business challenges.Experience leading the resolution of high-risk or business-critical security issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of audit, compliance and governance requirements and the ability to translate these into effective security controls.

Desirable (Preferable for the Role):Deep expertise in SAP GRC, SAP BTP, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud security.Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformations or S/4HANA programs.Relevant SAP Security, Cyber Security or Governance certifications.
