Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Build modular, high-performance UI components using ReactJS and EmberJS.

Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails or Java.

Own the full development lifecycle from design to deployment and debugging.

Write clean, modular, and testable code optimised for readability and performance.

Apply deep OOP concepts and design patterns to solve real-world problems.

Ensure systems are tuned for high availability, fault tolerance, and observability.

Collaborate with product, design, and SRE teams to deliver customer value fast.

Explore and apply AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience building and scaling fullstack systems.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (ReactJS, EmberJS).

Strong backend experience with Ruby on Rails or Java.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and REST APIs.

Experience with RDBMS, caching strategies, distributed queues, and microservices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and Agile development.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Passion for design systems, UX patterns, and performance optimisation.
