Real-Time Fraud Detection & Management
Monitor live triggers and alerts to catch fraudulent proposals, misrepresentation, or identity theft at the point of sale.
Investigate high-risk early claims and applications on a real-time basis to prevent immediate financial leakages.
Assign, supervise, and execute immediate desktop or field-level verifications for suspicious profiles.
Guide and manage a team of junior investigators and analysts to ensure daily investigation targets and quality standards are met.
Manage external investigation agencies, monitor their Turnaround Time (TAT), and audit the quality of their field reports.
Dynamically allocate cases based on location, complexity, and urgency to optimize team efficiency.
Partner closely with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance, and the Risk Containment Unit (RCU) to share fraud trends.
Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards detailing fraud savings, vendor performance, and emerging risk patterns.
Recommend system triggers and updates to the automated risk scoring engines based on fresh investigation findings.
Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office / Office 365 and Power BI
