About Keka:
Keka is India's #1 HR-Tech platform for SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise customers, now expanding aggressively across GCC and the US.Our unified SaaS platform powers everything from Core HR to Payroll, Talent, and Employee Experience for 10,000+ customers. As we expand globally, Finance & Planning is becoming one of our most strategic pillars — enabling accurate payroll, compensation planning, budgeting, and workforce forecasting at scale.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who thinks like a GTM operator first and an analyst second. You'll work at the intersection of Sales, CRM data, and business strategy — turning pipeline, conversion, and revenue data into decisions that leadership actually acts on.
This isn't a pure reporting seat: you'll be expected to understand why a number moves, not just chart that it did. This role is a doer as well as a thinker — someone who takes an automation and AI-first approach to extraction, analysis, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM & Pipeline AnalyticsBuild and maintain pipeline, funnel, and conversion-rate reporting (stage-to-stage conversion, win rates, forecast accuracy) using CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot or equivalent)Translate raw CRM/revenue data into business insight — identify where and why conversion is breaking down, not just report that it has.Support GTM strategy discussions with data-backed recommendations, partnering directly with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leadershipData Management & ReportingCollect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources (CRM, billing, product usage)Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systemsPrepare regular and ad-hoc reports highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insightsDashboard DevelopmentDesign and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and ExcelCustomize dashboards to departmental/stakeholder needs; keep them live and accurateProcess Optimization & AutomationIdentify inefficiencies in data collection/reporting workflows and propose fixesImplement automation (including AI-assisted workflows) to improve speed and accuracy of recurring analysis
What We're Looking ForMust-Have3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Business Analysis, or a closely related analytical role — ideally within a SaaS or B2B tech environmentDemonstrated business/GTM reasoning — can independently interpret a sales funnel, estimate conversions, and validate numbers without heavy hand-holdingHands-on experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce or HubSpot) as a primary data source, not just a downstream exportStrong SQL and Power BI skillsGenuinely advanced Excel — formula-based modeling (cell referencing, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) — not manual calculationComfortable working directly with Sales/RevOps stakeholders and presenting insights, not just building reports for others to interpret
Nice-to-HaveExposure to GTM/intent tools (6sense, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, RingLead, or similar)Experience with BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, or Python for analyticsPrior HR-tech or payroll-adjacent SaaS exposure
