What You Will Get To Do:

Manage multiple complex projects and tasks efficiently and autonomouslyBuild relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersCertify advanced trading workflows across SS&C Eze's product suiteDevelop, test, and implement broker Algorithms across SS&C Eze's product suiteProactively assist in project scoping and case evaluation processIdentify key areas for improvement and work with management to develop strategic goalsSpearhead training initiatives for new hires to the Certification team

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's Degree from a related field4+ years of relevant work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization, time management, and prioritization skillsConsistent positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult situationsAbility to understand key interdependencies and impact of workExisting knowledge or ability to learn complexities of investment trading workflows

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of FIX protocol for versions 4.0, 4.2, and 4.4Experience working with buy-side and sell-side traders or in trading operations rolesUnderstanding of FIX ATDL (Algorithmic Trading Definition Language) or Algorithmic TradingIntermediate SQL and/or XML skills
