As part of the HR Applications team, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, integration, and support of a suite of employee-focused applications that drive engagement, recognition, performance conversations, and talent management across the organization.

In this role, you will build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, identity platforms, and other HR technologies.

Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to improve employee and administrator experiences.Participate in application releases, support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR applications ecosystem.

What You'll Do At Pega

Leverage best in class technologies to drive the conversion of requirements into feature design, its implementation, testing, deployment and support.Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.Technologies you will work on are Pega Infinity and Java.80% Pega Application Development.20% Pega Application Design.You demonstrate a strong Growth Mindset—embracing curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast-changing technology environment. Who You Are

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design.Be able to implement code that meets engineering excellence standard with minimal oversightGood at development of highly scalable and performant features using Pega PlatformAbility to take an ownership of EPICS and sprints and Working experience in an agile/scrum team environmentPassionate about learning new technologies and innovationDemonstrated ability to logically identify and analyze/solve problems.Good verbal and written communication skills, including poise in pressure situations.

What You've Accomplished

Overall experience of 4 to 6 years of experience developing the applications using Pega platform.Bachelor’s engineering in Computer Science or similar field.Have a very good knowledge on Pega platform with minimum CSSA certified.
