The Souled Store is hiring! 🎯We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates (SA) / Senior Sales Associates (SSA) to join our retail team.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new collections.Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and store presentation.Support daily store operations, inventory, and billing activities.Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat sales.
What We're Looking For1–4 years of retail/fashion sales experience preferred.Experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories, or premium retail will be an advantage.Strong communication and customer-handling skills.Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.Passion for fashion and retail.Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
For SSA: Candidates with prior senior retail experience and exposure to sales KPIs/store operations are preferred.
