About the Opportunities

Rupeek Gold Loans is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and result-oriented candidates to join its growing team in Hyderabad. We have multiple opportunities for experienced professionals in gold loans, sales and branch operations, as well as entry-level candidates looking to begin their careers in financial services.

Current Openings

1. Sales Manager

- Experience in sales, business development and team handling.

- Strong communication, leadership and customer acquisition skills.

- Ability to achieve business targets and manage team performance.

2. Branch Manager (BRM)

- 3–4 years of experience in the gold loan industry.

- 1–2 years of branch operations experience.

- Knowledge of gold appraisal, branch administration and customer service.

3. Relationship Manager

- Graduation required.

- 1–4 years of experience in gold valuation/appraisal.

- Good customer relationship and communication skills.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required for male candidates, as specified in the vacancy.

4. Interns / Relationship Trainees

- Any graduate can apply.

- Freshers interested in gold loans and financial services are welcome.

- Two-wheeler required, as specified in the vacancy.

- Stipend progression: ₹12,700 per month initially, ₹17,600 per month during the subsequent trainee stage, and ₹3.2 LPA CTC after six months, subject to applicable company terms.

Hyderabad locations include LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Nagole, Vanasthalipuram, Hastinapuram, Kukatpally, Madhapur, Ameerpet, Secunderabad, Uppal, ECIL and other locations depending on the position and vacancy availability.
