Lead and manage the technical evaluation process for Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals within the SME segmentConduct and review property valuations, inspections, and technical due diligence to ensure policy complianceCoordinate with credit, risk, and legal teams to ensure smooth and accurate loan assessmentsMonitor and manage the performance of empaneled valuers and technical agencies, ensuring timely and quality reportingAssess market trends and update property valuation benchmarks periodicallyEnsure accuracy in documentation, adherence to internal SOPs, and risk mitigation through robust technical scrutinyProvide expert guidance and training to regional teams for consistent quality in technical assessmentsCollaborate with zonal and state teams to drive efficiency, reduce TAT, and enhance process reliability
