Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor, you will have a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications that meet the evolving needs of our global customers. You'll collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to validate functionality, performance, and scalability, , and reliability, helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive software.

In this role, you will be part of the Infor ION Enterprise Service Bus team and contribute to the quality of the Infor ION Enterprise Connector and Infor ION Runtime Framework. You will help ensure that end-to-end integration, messaging, and interoperability capabilities meet the highest quality standards while providing accurate and comprehensive feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.Perform functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing of cloud-based enterprise solutions.Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and cloud-native applications, APIs, web services, enterprise messaging, and integration scenarios.Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.Monitor application performance, usability, reliability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support defect analysis, root cause investigation, and defect lifecycle management.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in software quality assurance, preferably in enterprise software or cloud environments.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and JenkinsExperience of SQL, APIs, and data validation.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with test management tools like Zephyr, automation framework like Robot Framework and Python(for APIs)Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test design, test automation, defect analysis, and overall QA productivityKnowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
