Role Description The Public Relations Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will plan and execute PR strategies to build and protect the company’s brand reputation, including drafting press releases, organizing media briefings, and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets. Daily tasks include monitoring media coverage, preparing communication materials for leadership, coordinating interviews and events, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels. The Public Relations Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support new project launches, highlight company milestones, and address public inquiries or issues. The role also involves analyzing PR campaign performance, identifying opportunities for positive publicity, and adapting strategies to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills to manage external communications and build effective relationships with press and stakeholders.Candidates should possess Strategic Communications and Communication skills to craft clear messaging, support leadership communications, and ensure alignment with brand objectives.Candidates should possess experience in creating, reviewing, and distributing Press Releases as part of integrated PR campaigns.Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels.Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives, events, and deadlines simultaneously.Candidates should possess proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably within real estate or a similar industry.Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.Candidates should possess proficiency in using media monitoring tools, basic analytics, and office productivity software to track coverage and report results.
