Role Description The Public Relations Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will develop and implement PR strategies that enhance the company’s brand, reputation, and visibility in the market. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing media outreach, coordinating interviews, and building strong relationships with journalists and media outlets. The Public Relations Manager will oversee communication plans for product launches, events, and corporate announcements, ensuring consistent messaging across channels. The role also involves monitoring media coverage, analyzing PR outcomes, and collaborating with marketing and leadership teams to support broader strategic communications initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Public Relations and Media Relations, with experience managing press interactions and building relationships with key media stakeholders.Proficiency in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting, reviewing, and executing communication plans for campaigns and announcements.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.Demonstrated experience in reputation management, crisis communication, and brand positioning within real estate or related industries is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with on-site collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and representing the organization at events and media interactions.
