Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and successfully deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, track project progress, and proactively resolve risks and issues.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and key performance indicators.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.

Ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements.

Resolve project issues and escalate critical matters when required.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within approved budgets.

Support post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

3-7 years of project management experience.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar.

Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

PMP, PRINCE2 Scrum Master, or similar certification.

Experience managing cross-functional or client-facing projects.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
