Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering discussions, and stakeholder communications. Salesforce Solution Delivery

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver platform enhancements. Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with approved requirements and Salesforce best practices. Coordinate the resolution of platform-related issues and cross-team dependencies.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Coordinate and oversee QA testing for Salesforce enhancements, projects, and releases. Create, review, and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, traceability, and test execution documentation. Ensure business requirements are validated through SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation testing. Facilitate defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution using tools such as Jira or ServiceNow. Facilitate UAT sessions, obtain business sign-offs, and confirm readiness for production deployment.
