Role SummaryOwn end-to-end execution of residential modular interior projects — kitchens, wardrobes, and allied woodwork — from post-handover through final installation, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on spec, and to Spacewood's quality standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project execution timelines across multiple concurrent residential sitesCoordinate carpenters, installation teams, and third-party vendors to keep projects on scheduleConduct quality checks at material, fabrication, and on-site installation stagesServe as the primary point of contact for clients during execution — managing expectations, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring smooth handoverCoordinate between design, procurement, and installation teams to eliminate delays and reworkTrack and report project status, delays, and escalations to the BU HeadMaintain site documentation — measurement sheets, snag lists, handover checklistsEnsure adherence to safety and site-conduct standards at all client locations

Requirements3–6 years of project management experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens and wardrobes.Strong working knowledge of modular furniture materials, fabrication processes, and installation methodsProven ability to manage multiple live sites simultaneouslySharp communicator — comfortable managing clients, vendors, and internal teamsWorking knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking; familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience)

Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with a modular furniture or interiors brandFamiliarity with Hyderabad's residential project ecosystem (builders, societies, RWAs)Experience handling client escalations independently.
