Overall responsibility for the program’s performance from Promoters/5G Champs/ASC/AUS Stores and GT Outlets Ensuring required Outlets opened/available in Market to meet the business requirement and Ensuring adequate Manpower available vs required Promoter Onboarding, Attendance, performance tracking and salary processing via payroll partner. Compliance/Regulation adherence – Digital tools like Goal/Work app/MSure usage adherence. Respond to a wide variety of queries from field & provide solutions in coordination with backend teams.
