About the RoleWe are seeking a results-oriented Plant Operations Manager to lead dairy plant operations with a strong focus on production excellence, cost optimization, and statutory compliance.This role is responsible for ensuring seamless plant functioning, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
