Mission
Contribute to growing the profitable share of the Busway business by ensuring customer orders are executed as committed, from order booking to delivery, through seamless coordination between Front Office, Custom Design, and Plant teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of coordination after order booking between Front Office Project Managers and Plant Project Managers, ensuring customer requirements, site readiness, and delivery expectations are accurately translated into plant execution.Validate customer requirements and BOM submitted at order placement for technical completeness and consistency; ensure order details such as ship-to party, sold-to party, delivery terms, and other T&C are available and correct before handover to the plant.Share customer priorities and site-readiness-based delivery sequencing with Plant Project Managers, track adherence to committed dates, and escalate early where customer commitments are at risk.Coordinate with the Custom Design team to ensure timely closure of manufacturing drawings and BOM for project-specific requirements, and confirm alignment with customer requirements before handover to the plant.Review complex and custom orders after booking for completeness of technical inputs, site-specific requirements, and installation readiness; flag gaps early and drive their closure with Front Office and Custom Design teams before handover to the plant.Manage post-order changes (scope, installation sequence, partial shipments, design modifications) by assessing delivery impact, routing technical changes to Custom Design, and aligning Front Office and Plant teams on the way forward.Build and maintain a centralized order execution tracker providing full visibility by project, region, and offer, highlighting bottlenecks, constraints, and open actions.Capture execution learnings from post-order changes, design issues, and rework, and feed them into the custom solution library and to Offer Management and Centre of Excellence teams to prevent repeat issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.5+ years of experience in Busway systems across project engineering, order execution, design/BOM engineering, or project coordination.Experience coordinating customer-specific orders across Front Office, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, preferably in a multi-country environment.Familiarity with ERP-based order management (SAP preferred) is an advantage.

Strong Busway technical understanding with the ability to read drawings, validate BOMs, and assess the impact of custom requirements on manufacturing and delivery.Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership for customer commitments.Disciplined project execution approach with structured follow-up, tracking, and closure of actions.Excellent communication and multiple stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to influence without authority across countries, time zones, and functions.Working awareness of manufacturing planning, lead time, and supply chain constraints.Strong problem-solving capability with sound judgment on when and how to escalate.

Customer orders delivered as committed, in line with site readiness and delivery expectations.Smooth execution between Front Office and Plant teams, with minimal rework and late changes.Higher customer satisfaction and repeat business through reliable order execution.Continuous improvement in order execution through shared learnings and standard ways of working that scale with the business.
